Internet shop www.4fanatic.com belongs to 4fanatic.com. Its registered office can be found at the following address: Polna 1/1, 87-100 Torun, Poland.

The issues that are not included in and settled by our regulations come under the civil code and the act concerning “protection of the consumer rights and the responsibility for any harm and damage caused by a faulty or dangerous product.”



I. Ordering:

1. Orders can be made via 4fanatic.com website.

2. On placing an order, we are automatically sent an e-mail containg confirmation that the the order has been received.

3. Orders paid for on delivery are sent on the day of your confirmation.

4. Orders paid for by transfer are sent on the day the transfer is effected.

5. All orders placed during a weekend and holidays are carried out on the first working day that follows.

6. We attach a fiscal receipt to each order. If requested, we also issue a VAT invoice

7. Our prices include VAT.



II. Products:

8. All of our products are new.

9. All of our products are authentic and manufactured in accordance with the licenses given by clubs.



III. Ways of payment:

10. The following ways of payment are available to you:

     a. bank transfer

     c. PayPal/credit card

     d. Przelewy24

11. Orders from abroad cannot be paid for on delivery.



IV. Deliveries and costs:

12. Shipments are made every day, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

13. Customer has a choice of the deliverer - the list of avaiable deliver companies are here.

14. Shipping rates depend on the weight of a products and destination country.



V. Returns:

15. Within ten days from the receipt of the order customer has right to resign from the purchase without giving any justification.

16. The receipt and the purchase confirmation are necessary for a return to be accepted.

17. Postage is not refunded. Only the price of a product.

18. 4fanatic.com does not give refunds on purchases paid for on delivery.



VI. Complaints:

19. Products with defects are to be sent back with their receipt.

20. Products should be sent back via registered letter or ordinary post. 4fanatic does not accept returns of products paid for on delivery.

21. Returns are to be sent on the following address: 4fanatic, Polna 1/1, 87-100 Toruń.

22. If the complaint proves to be justified, customer will receive new, unspoilt product or a full refund.

23. Postage is also refunded.

24. The refund of the cost of a purchase and postage will be made by transfer to a bank account given by you. The transfer can only be made to a particular bank account, not to a person.



VII. Personal Data Protection:

25. Customers using our services give permission to the processing of their personal data in accordance with The Act on Processing of Personal Data and Personal Data Protection Act.

26. All personal data of our customers is strictly confidential and never revealed to any private persons or subjects.
